The Sollich North America team has more than 80 years combined industry experience.

Ian Mackenzie, has been active in the confectionery industry since 1984. A member of the Retail Confectioners International for 25 years and a General Manager of his family's retail candy business.

For over a decade Ian has also been consulting and providing equipment and molds to fellow confectioners.

Ian attended the Retail Confectioners International Gus Pulakos Candy School where he received the Certificate of Proficiency in Candy Manufacturing in 1992. Ian also was awarded Master Confectioner Emeritus in 2003.
