A complete slab can be formed and the slit and guillotined or with the use of a “forming comb” ropes can be extruded.
The Sollformat® SPF-DPF is SOLLICH’s high-performance extruder for rope forming using fatty as well as sugar masses.
Slitters are used to cut slabs for bars. Versions include units with fixed knives for high fat content products and large circular knives with variable speed, specially designed for bars made from sugar or cereal masses.
Spreaders are used to spread sticky products or to prepare products prior to the chocolate enrobing process.
