Fondant

The Glossmaster® range includes a wheel-out trough including piping and circulation pump for quick changeovers and ease of cleaning. The enrober tank has a double trough arrangement, specially designed for the baked goods or products with inclusions.

The second trough is for the drip mass and overflow from first trough and feeds directly to return pump. This gets rid of inclusions and/or crumbs which can be sieved before returning to the day tank.

Advantages of double trough and wheel out design:

  • Easy access to wire belt run for cleaning and belt change
  • Complete wheel out design of trough incl. all components such as pumps etc. to enhance mass change over, cleaning and maintenance
  • The second trough is heated to approx 45°C thus eliminating mass solidification and ensuring lower viscosity for sieving
