Sucrocrunch™ - The continuously working machine for simultaneous cooking respectively melting of sugar masses together with the blending of nuts or other particles. Traditional products like peanut or sesame brittle, high boiled butter toffees with nut pieces as well as aerated products are possible.

The Sucrocrunch™ is also capable to blend clear cooked sugar masses with any kind of seeds. The clear highly cooked binder is metered into the mixer together with the cornels or seeds. This
leads into a product where all cornels a clearly to be seen due to the transparent binder.
